Each day I receive a number of email messages telling me who is following me on twitter. The message also tells me how many followers my ne follower has and how many others he/she is following. And it says how many tweets this person has made.

So far so good.

I got used to numbers of 10,000+  20,000+ and more.

following 43,206 people

And so I wondered how anyone can make 45,239 people vote for him who has dropped just 13 !! tweets!
