Are you a Success-Junky? If yes then what?

May be you are not a success junky, but I´m sure you know one or the other with symptoms like the ones mentioned above.

What would you recommend those guyys to do? Where do you believe are the solutions to be found: Is it working harder and more, reading more books, yet another workshop, guru shopping …?

Of course that can´t be what makes a real change to the poor guy´s situation.

Have you ever heard of the “AYAYA-DYLALYD” formula?

It´s a three step program starting with realizing who and what you are and sying “yes” to your life as it is.

So “AYAYA” stands for “accept yourself as you are”. I know this can be the hardest part of the whole program. So do not hesitate to ask for professional help. But it is the first step and the most imprtant one.
A Chinese proverb says: Even the longest journey must begin with the first step!

Step two is nothing else than dreaming. Dream your life. I do not mean dream of a new car. Dreaming in this context means, open your mind and see what happens. Do not judge what you see. Accept the thoughts coming to your mind whether they are “good” or “bad”. Do not expect your dreams to produce a pre-defined result. Accept to be surprised what kind of life your dreams will show you. You might get an idea of what the sense of your life might be, what your most important targets could be, what are your strong and weak character characteristics are.

The third step is action again. You decide to follow the way you saw in your dreams, make a plan, ask an expert of your choice, and start living your very own life.
